Leverage behavioral data to surface meaningful insights and make informed recommendations
Be Builder of an AI- Native CS Team
Consult Strategically with Executives
Help clients deeply understand and maximize the value of the Filum Platform
Actively use automation tools to streamline daily operations
Data- Informed Customer Success
Proactively assess usage and feedback to optimize outcomes and strengthen relationships
Collaborate with AM and Product teams to understand each client’s problem and tailor the right solution
Respond quickly and resolve issues at the root cause level
Customer Success Team at Filum is the critical bridge ensuring that customers generate real, measurable value from the Filum AI Platform.
Create internal and external playbooks tailored to each phase of the customer lifecycle
Take end- to- end ownership of the customer journey from onboarding → adoption → renewal
Provide strategic advice on Customer Experience, AI Contact Center, automation, and engagement design
Contribute to building the CS Knowledge Hub and AI Training Kit for internal onboarding
Solution Advisory & Design
Monitor Customer Health Scores to proactively mitigate churn risks or identify upsell/expansion opportunities
Guide clients in planning use- case- specific implementation and platform configuration
Build tailored Success Plans for each client based on industry context and goals
Build trusted relationships with client decision- makers (e.g. Head of CX/CS, COO, CEO)
Own the Entire Customer Journey
Propose and design new workflows, SOPs, or templates to improve CS productivity and scalability
Who You Are
Must- Haves:

System thinker & self- learner: You love breaking down problems to the root and using logic + tools to optimize how things work
AI Builder: have experience building and leveraging AI Agents
Team- first attitude: You respect others’ time, collaborate well with cross- functional teams (AM/Product/Marketing)
Value- driven mindset: You ask, “Does this create real value for our customer?” – and act accordingly
Clear communicator: You can write clearly, speak effectively, and structure ideas in both Vietnamese & English
Nice- to- Haves:
Experience with visualization to create customer- facing content like slides, video walkthroughs, or checklists
Background in startups or small teams where you had to lead or build things from scratch
Familiarity with SaaS / AI / B2B software, or hands- on experience with a tech product
