What you will do
We’re looking for a full- time intern to join our Account Management / Customer Success team in Ho Chi Minh City.
Vui App is Vietnam’s first Earned Wage Access (EWA) platform, enabling employees to access their earned wages anytime instead of waiting for payday. We partner with 100+ businesses across industries such as manufacturing, retail, F&B, and logistics, aiming to improve employees’ financial well- being and support better workplace experiences.
A dynamic, open environment with regular team activities and sports clubs.
Senior student or fresh graduate from a top university (e.g., FTU, UEH, RMIT, NEU, etc.).
Handle administrative tasks and maintain project documentation accurately.
Participate in internal initiatives and cross- functional projects for hands- on learning.
Join client meetings and support presentations when needed.

Support Account Managers in managing and growing client relationships.
Outgoing and confident communicator, fluent in Vietnamese; English is a plus.

Hands- on experience in Account Management and Customer Success within a fast- growing fintech startup.
Assist in preparing reports, analyzing account performance, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
