Customer Success - Fresher

Maintain customer relationships by addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
Collaborate, problem- solve, and strategize with the Customer Success Manager in preparation for client meetings.
Resolve client complaints, maintain accurate database records, and compile status reports on customer service matters.
Collaborate with sales teams to increase customer referrals and develop case studies.
Undertake other responsibilities as discussed during the interview process.
Review customer journey and objectives, offering consultative support to help clients overcome challenges and achieve their goals.
Prepare documentation or visual reports on campaign performance, analyzing trends and making data- driven recommendations.

Excellent communication and presentation skills.
6 months to 1 year of experience in Customer Success or similar field.
A proactive team player with a self- starter attitude and strong multitasking skills.
Good communication skills in both English and Vietnamese.
Possesses an analytical and process- oriented mindset.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
Previous experience in SaaS projects being a plus.

Up to 8 million (gross).
Working hours: Monday to Friday, 08:30 AM – 05:30 PM, Saturday, 08:30 AM – 11:50 AM (lunch break: 11:50 AM – 12:50 PM).
