Customer Strategy & Planning Manager Unilever

Main Accountabilities:
- Work out the brief for BTL agencies and sales team.
- In charge of in- store POSM design, briefing POSM/Activation team for production and installation in store.
- Work hand- in- hand with Shopper Marketing Team in developing and executing category/schematic shopper promotions
- Identify trade spends opportunities and risks & deliver good P&L shape for the channel.
- Initiate Fuel For Growth opportunities for category & total channel with Net Revenue Management (NRM).
- Build total channel (DT/MT) trade plans to align with total trade category plan and deliver category & brand objectives.
- Lead scheme proposal and execution (POSM production, gift sourcing & delivery OTIF).
- Prepare input for Brand and build incremental sales volume.
- Work hand- in- hand with Marketing Team in (re- )launch and consumer promotion activites
- Lead the development and implementation of total channel (DT/MT) trade category plan
- Prepare promotion sell- out volume with attention to market intelligence information & current business performance.
- Work with in- country CBD team to ensure excellent trade plan deployment & in- store activation.
- Work out monthly rolling forecast for assigned channel through S&OP cycles
- Build Design for Channel (D4C) for the category with category I&O and new portfolio initiative.
- Conduct ROI and post- promotion evaluation.
- Translate customer & shopper insights into business building opportunities, business review & JBP within the total channel (DT/MT).

- At least 4- 5+ years of relevant working experience in customer- facing, analytical or brand- building jobs
- Proactive complex problem solving, evaluate alternative options & provide data- driven approach
- Deep understanding of working with external partners and collaborating to provide solution
