Customer Service Staff

Manage after- sales support, including handling customer complaints and coordinating solutions.
Review and submit carton layouts, AI, labels, etc.. for customer approval.
Monitor part orders
Coordinate and follow up on orders from receipt to final delivery.
Track monthly bookings and prepare related reports.
Prepare and manage all necessary documentation, including Proforma Invoices, commercial invoices, loading plans, and claims.
Liaise with relevant departments (Production, Planning, Purchasing, etc.) to ensure timely and accurate order processing.
Handle compliance documents, ensuring all necessary certifications and paperwork are in place.
Perform other tasks assigned by managers.
Perform other tasks assigned by the manager.
Arrange final inspections between customers and the internal team to meet quality standards before shipment.
Support production and purchasing teams by updating and adjusting production plans based on material availability and production schedules.
Yêu cầu công việc
Proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
Experience in the furniture industry is a strong advantage.
Well- organized, detail- oriented, and capable of multitasking effectively.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
2–3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in a similar role.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Familiarity with ERP systems such as NetSuite, D365, etc., is preferred.
Strong in Excel, data analysis, reporting, and follow- up orders
