JOB OBJECTIVE
Ensure to fullfil all tasks and responsible
Comply with company regulation
JOB DESCRITPION
Work the the customers to receive all new designs, related information to develop new products.
Complete other assignments, reports and special projects as requested by the Customer Service Manager.
Manage to send booking request and update cargo ready daily, weekly to shipping team.
Maintains relationship with customers to be assigned.
Resolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer&039;s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution.
Arrange samples and send to the customers to introduce products.
Communicates with customers for shipping documents, other documents to be required.
Assisting HR Manager in day- to- day department operation and general administrative job
Answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services to the customers.
Other arising tasks requested by the customer service manager.
Work with the related departments such as QA,QC, Supply Chain,Mantainance,Planning/ Design team to develop new products and new projects.
Ensures customer orders to be shipped timely as ETD commitment.
Ensure to confirm customer&039;s designs to the related departments timely to start production and placing materials.
Receives customer order (PO) and work with relating Departments to confirm the to customers.

Educations: Above College/ University
Qualification: Administrator personnel
English: Good
Experience: 1- 2 years

- Fast learner, hard working and enthusiasm
- Honest, careful
- Ability to absorb, master the regulations, the state, accurately understand the duties and requirements assigned by CS Manager
- High responsibility
Health: Good
