CUSTOMER SERVICE PROCESSOR- NHÂN VIÊN CHĂM SÓC KHÁCH HÀNG- NIGHT SHIFT
Working hours: 21:00- 6:00, 22:30 – 07:30 or 23:30- 8:30
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct customer care calls to customers. Guide and assist customers in understanding the terms and conditions when participating in the company&039;s service.
Resolve client complaints and inquiries within the designated scope.
Advise on the best solutions to address customer issues. Monitor, collect, upload, and process documents provided by customers.
Act as a liaison between clients and various internal departments, ensuring seamless communication and resolution of client issues. Adhere to company procedures, guidelines, policies, and cultural standards, maintaining a high level of professionalism in all interactions.
Perform additional duties as assigned by management to support departmental and organizational goals.
Handle emails/calls from customers and company partners.
REQUIREMENTS:
Good communication and negotiation skills.
Fluency in English (work with partners and banks in the US).
Minimum of 6 months&039; experience in customer service or related positions.
Proficiency in meticulous attention and focus on every detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Ability to thrive in a high- pressure environment and work effectively both independently and in a team.
