Responsibility:
Handle guest enquiries via Facebook, live chat, hotline, email, and OTA platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda, etc.).
Support daily business operations for two boutique homestays.
Maintain and optimize listings on OTA platforms to ensure accurate information, availability, and pricing.
Understand guest needs and recommend suitable rooms and rates.
Input and update booking information in the reservation system.
Record daily expenses and basic revenue tracking using Excel.
Organize and coordinate remote check- in and check- out with property caretakers.
Promote and upsell homestay services and experiences to maximize revenue.
Manage reservations including new bookings, amendments, extensions, and early check- outs.
Handle guest enquiries via Facebook, live chat, hotline, email, and OTA platforms (Airbnb, Booking.com, Agoda, etc.).
Deliver excellent customer service and actively collect guest feedback for service improvement.
Coordinate with caretakers and related parties to ensure smooth guest operations.

Skills in listening, problem solving, and forward thinking
Base salary: 9,000,000 – 11,000,000 VND/month
Excellent verbal and written communication skills – both Vietnamese and English
Ability to learn and adapt in a fast moving environment. Familiarity with Ecommerce is a plus.
Minimum of 1–2 years customer service experience. And at least 6 month of experience in the relevant sector.
Proactive attitude, hardworking, methodical and very structured, able to work both independently and within a team.
Commission: booking sales + performance bonus + daily/weekly/monthly incentives
