Customer Service Executive (Japanese + English)

2 days off/ week (weekday)
Average working time: 46 hours/week
Work in shifts
Working schedule according to company arrangements
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Coordinate with departments in the company to support and solve customer problems, and improve the company&039;s services.
Support merchants and customers to handle order problems in Japanese, English as well as Vietnamese;
Receive, investigate, and resolve customer inquiries and complaints;
Manage and maintain the customer information database;
Other tasks as assigned by the manager.
REQUIREMENTS
Japanese equivalent to N2 level (main langues);
Good English communication skills (written & spoken);
Must be based in Hanoi or Da Nang to support tasks that require onsite presence when needed;
Open to fresh graduates or candidates with no prior experience;
No prior customer service experience is required.
Good communication, self- discipline, and responsibility for work;
Experience in a similar position is a plus; candidates with experience in F&B or restaurant environments, especially in international or Western- managed settings, or with prior exposure to startup environments,will have an advantage.
Age: Prefer under 28.
