Customer Service Executive

In order to expand business, we are looking for the candidates who will report to Customer Service Manager and will be responsible for the following activities:

Communicate & coordinate with internal Departments/ Supplier to handle customer requirement.
Handle and assist customers on quotation, sales order and product inquiries.
Handle and resolve customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits & follow up to ensure resolution.
Follow up incoming sales prospect through email/call/ Zalo.
Compliance communication procedures, guidelines, KPI & company procedure.
Closely follow up customer quotation to aggressively get the order.
Actively seek opportunities to grow existing customer business.
Other tasks will be assigned by Manager.
Assist day to day customer inquiry/ feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
Visit customers may be required but limited.

Bachelor Diploma holder
Fluent in both written and spoken English is preferred.
Prefer 2 to 5 years B2B industrial sales support, tele- marketing experience.

(Experience with Factory Automation/ Electric devices is highly preferable)

Work on Saturday on rotation basis
Good communication, negotiation & customer service skills
Proficient in MS Office
Meticulous and organized
Able to self- commute to the office (Tien Son Industrial Zone, Bac Ninh Province) is highly preferable;
Actively/ able to handle business with less of supervision;
Possess high energy, result- oriented and customer- centered
Fast worker, able to do multi- task as well as handle workload in a high volume and fast pace environment

Bonus: 4 months of salary & up per year
