Objective Customers: Students and Parents
Working hours: no more than 48 hours per week depending on the shifts; classes normally in the evening.
Salary range: up to VND 18M Gross.
Customer Support:
• Other tasks assigned by the Direct Manager.
• Coordinate communication efforts internally and externally to ensure clarity, consistency, and alignment with organizational goals.
• Accompany with students throughout the study pathway and ensure students to achieve their study goals.
• Provide 1:1 customer service via OTT platforms, ensuring timely and helpful assistance.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for inquiries and requests from parents or guardians of students.
• Assist with administrative tasks as needed, including data entry, document preparation, and scheduling.
• Offer support via phone, email, and in- person interactions (serving both online and onsite customers), addressing inquiries and requests from parents or guardians of students.
• Occasionally: Support in Residence Permit processing and provide guidance on the application process.
