Customer Service Coordinator/ Executive

** Duties and Responsibilities:
· Provide outstanding customer service by promptly responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and addressing concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
· Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout their project journey, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are exceeded.
· Coordinate project activities, including scheduling appointments, organizing project documentation, and liaising with internal departments to ensure timely completion.
· Maintain accurate customer records, including contact information, project details, and communication history.
· Assist in preparing project proposals, contracts, and other related documentation as needed.
· Communicate effectively with customers, vendors, and team members through various channels such as in- person meetings, phone, and email.
· Collaborate closely with the CEO and the business development team to provide necessary support and information to secure/win new projects, including design & build, architecture, decoration, interior cooperation, fit- out, and finishing works for offices, shopping malls, hospitals, retail stores, and international schools.
