Immediately updating serious cases/inconstant situations.
Proactively updating information/knowledge about customer service
Ensuring a high level of customer service and a positive guest experience.

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Flexibility on 24/7 environment
Fluent in English, French
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Associate or bachelor’s Degree in related field from a four- year college or university with 1 years of relevant experience preferred
