Dream Job Alert! $2.000/month salary awaits!We&039;re hiring anCustomer Quality Engineer (Open for Chinese Expat, ID 18155) for a foreign- invested companyAct as the primary contact point for customer SQE and Purchasing personnel regarding quality- related matters. Build and maintain strong professional relationships with customer representatives.Ensure all customer complaints are reported promptly and addressed in a timely manner. Lead 8D problem- solving activities to perform thorough root cause analysis and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.Understand and document all customer requirements, including product acceptance criteria. Ensure these requirements are integrated into New Product Introduction (NPI) and production planning processes.Lead customer process audits and visits. Participate in system and EHS audits to fully understand and comply with customer requirements.Ensure effective communication with Operations and Sales teams regarding customer complaints, corrective actions, project updates, internal DPPM data, customer feedback, and other specific requirements.Participate in design and gate reviews to ensure customer quality requirements are clearly captured in NPI plans and accurately translated into manufacturing processes.Contribute to the development of FMEAs and Process Control Plans to establish robust process controls that ensure compliance with customer requirements.Organize and lead sorting or inspection activities at customer sites when necessary. Plan and execute containment actions efficiently to support customer production schedules and minimize costs.Collaborate with NPD and Purchasing teams to support supplier development during the NPI stage. Work closely with SQE to resolve supplier- related issues on a daily basis.Conduct internal audits to ensure that all processes meet customer requirements and comply with internal quality standards.Provide training and guidance to Quality Control (QC) staffMaintain and continuously improve the company’s quality and environmental management systems.Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or quality manager.

University graduate
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position at manufacturing plants in the electrical/electronics industry, preferably with experience in printing
Fluent in Chinese; proficiency in Vietnamese or English is an advantage
Males/Female, Under 40 years old
Chinese nationality
