Customer Experience/Customer Care Officer

The main responsibilities of the position include:

• Typing skills/ Multitasking skills
• AGE: 22- 27
• Introduce Products/Promotions to clients
• Cooperating effectively with other departments as required
• Assist clients on Live- chat/ Email
• Able to work in a Team in order to execute daily volume of work
• Contributing to team effort by achieving targeted results

Working time:

Monday to Sunday (5 days per week) with 2 shifts:

8am- 5pm
11am- 8pm

Main Requirements:

• Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or related
• Excellent oral and written skills in English
• Excellent computer literacy
• Client handling experience in the financial services sector is a definite plus
• Ability to multitask and maintain a high- level of organization
• Training provided for 1 week (Paid). Examination for training provided at the end of the week
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
