Customer Development Partner On Trade (Central) - Relocation Support

Responsible for appointed district to execute RPVA (Relationship, Presence, Visibility, Activation) for the Western/Asian Channel portfolio in Luxury, Leading segments within the Modern- On- Trade channel.
There will be relocation support program (first 2 years) for the candidates from other location/territory.
Ensures strong outlet relationships, Sell Out sales target achievement, Market intelligence, Competitor information, Outlet status Data collection per Performance measurement check list.
Account coverage:
• Conduct a strong customer relationship with respective channels, International 5 stars hotel, Low energy Bar, High energy Bar, Night club and Restaurant by fulfill at least 100 outlets’ Data collection in the SFDC and maintain regular update by daily basis.
• Deliver minimum 80% achievement of RPVA with giving coverage outlets.
• Fulfill SFDC Sales call planning procedure, primary achieve minimum 8 outlet visit per day with given Weekly sales call planning from Line manager.
Sell out Sales target achievement and RTM connection:
• The Sell out target achievement will only be validated via Pernod Ricard Vietnam appointed distributors.
• Ensure coverage accounts to purchase goods from Pernod Ricard Vietnam appointed distributors.
• Achieve giving Sell out sales target in Volume or Value.
Sales routine and Report completion:
• Minimum 5 GMA sighting per month.
• Comply giving deadline, no more than 5 business days delay on per agreed task deadline.
• Complete sales basis routine (sales call, sales checklist and all sales report).
