CSR/ESG Lead Auditor (HCM/ Hanoi) - A.02

Stay current with global developments in CSR/ ESG standards, regulations, and best practices.
Collaborate with clients to support and advance their sustainability objectives
Assess client organizations’ environmental performance, labor practices, corporate governance, and sustainability initiatives.
Provide clear, actionable insights and recommendations to enhance ESG compliance and overall performance.
Conduct CSR audits (amfori BSCI, SMETA, SA8000, RBA, SLCP, Client CoC, etc.) and ESG audits or assessments in compliance with relevant frameworks (e.g., Higg FEM, GRI, SASB, SBTi, ISO 14001, CBAM, etc.).
Prepare comprehensive, accurate, and timely audit reports for both internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications
To thrive in this role as an CSR/ ESG Auditor at TR, you should meet the following criteria:

Fluent in English with excellent communication skills.
Professional demeanor with a customer- focused approach.
Ability to work independently and travel extensively.
Familiarity with CSR auditing standards such as BSCI, SMETA, or Higg FEM, and knowledge of ESG key protocols is an advantage.
Hold a Bachelor&039;s degree (applied bachelor’s degree), preferably in Environmental, Technical, or Chemical fields, with 2–3 years of experience in the CSR and ESG sector.
APSCA CSCA registration is required. Applicants with ASCA- level registration will also be considered during CV screening.
Strong analytical and solution- oriented skills.
