Cross-Border Transportation Customer Service Staff

Job Purpose: To handle export and import cross- border transportation shipments and ensure smooth, accurate, and timely service for assigned customer accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and issue shipping documents, debit notes, and pre- alerts.
Track shipments and update customers regularly (at least 4 times per day).
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly, following SOPs.
Submit reports and complete eFMS entries before the 5th of each month.
Coordinate with customers, vendors, overseas agents, and internal teams to ensure cargo movement.
Support team activities and contribute to continuous process improvement.

Willing to work overtime and travel as required.
Strong communication, teamwork, and customer- oriented mindset.
Good command of English and/or Chinese.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, or related field.
1–3 years of logistics or cross- border transportation experience.
