CRM Backend Engineer

About the team: The Customer Technology department manage solutions for campaign automation platforms of CRM and Digital Marketing. Specifically, the CRM SAS Solution team is responsible for complete development cycle, system maintenance, and backend data engineering.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Solution Development

Integration and Performance Optimization: Integrate Campaign Marketing platform solutions with internal systems and external/ cloud platforms, ensuring optimal performance and data flow.
Non- Production Development: Develop and test solutions in non- production environments, following best practices and coding standards.
Component Development: Develop, test, and deploy jobs, processes, and web services to support marketing campaigns and decisioning strategies.
Data Mart Management: Manage and maintain the Data Mart, including data quality, ETL processes, and data security.
Production Deployment: Collaborate with the IT team to deploy approved Campaign Marketing platform solutions to production environments, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruptions..
Configuration and Customization: Configure and customize platform applications, including information maps, business contexts, and campaign definitions.

Solution Architecture

Best Practices: Establish and promote development best practices, including coding standards and documentation.
Architectural Design: Work with cross- functional teams to enhance the Campaign Marketing platform architecture, focusing on scalability and performance.
Solution Design: Design and document complex solutions, considering data flow, processing logic, and performance requirements.

Yêu cầu công việc

Bachelor&039;s degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Business Information Systems, or a related field.
Basic English communication
Familiarity with SDLC, Agile principles, and system development/maintenance practices.
Knowledge of SOA, Microservices Architecture, messaging systems (Kafka, RabbitMQ), cloud platforms, and containerization technologies.
Understanding of data warehousing, ETL processes, and SQL- based data analysis.
At least 2 years of experience in Backend Development with Java/ Spring, SQL Procedural Language, XML, and scripting languages.
