Credit Operation – Home Loan

• Perform as a Checker role for Home Loan product. • Responsible for processing loan documentation in compliance with bank policies, guidelines and Product features. • Perform to check credit application, including credit bureau information checking, customer&039;s income, appraisal report and ensure all data quality for credit approval and credit post- approval operational activities. • Based on all information that Maker recommended, Checker will screen, verify , make the decision for loan (Approve/Reject/Cancel) and recommend case to Credit Approver for final decision. • Consolidate and monitor end- to- end loan application status. • Manage legal and other documents. • Prepare standard loan approval letter documents according to credit approval. • Support team member to resolve all the querries, concerns,… related to product and other teams. • Provide inputs and recommendation on credit issues for improving credit quality, credit policy, risk control and service level. • Summarize and prepare reports e.g., end- of- day or end- of- month reports, operations and internal control reports. • Other task assigned by Line Manager.

• Bachelor&039;s Degree in Banking, Finance, Business Administration. • Minimum 2- 5 years of experience in home loan operation or related field, and familiar with rules and regulations of banking services. • Strong analytical, problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills. • Experience in Retail UnSecured Lending is preferable. • Logical thinking to solve all the problems. • Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, etc. • Familiar with VBA, Power BI, etc. • Fluent in English.
