Credit Card Associate - 1 Year Contract

Job Summary:The Job holder is responsible for implementing related activities in card operations,participating in deployment of card system, daily card operations process and projectsupport.II. Key duties and responsibilities1. Credit Card Operations (50%)• Conduct daily credit card operations activation: Issuing, Delivery, Statement, CreditShield, Loyalty Program.• Back up for other daily credit card operations activities: Instalment registration,interest/ fee waiver, early instalment discharge.• Support for monthly card data analysis, projects & portfolio card managementreports with instruction and guidance.• Support for other daily operational tasks as Head of Credit Card Department’srequirements.2. Credit Card product and service enhancement (30%)• Co- ordinate and support to work with card product and IT system for process dailyoperation and improvement.• Collaborate with DTM for review and update and set up SMS/ZNS/Email notificationtemplate into the system.• Participate in the UAT test for system upgrade and enhancement.3. Customer service process (20%)• Handle CS ticket and cooperate with Customer service to response customer’sinquiries and issues• Work closely with related departments/line manager to ensure all operationssupports are addressed on new system.

Qualification:
- University Degree majored in Economics/ Finance/ Banking/ Business Administration.
Work Experience:
- Have experience in credit card operations at banks and other credit institutions and report making/ working with numbers.
Knowledge:
- Basic card system functionality, card features
- Basics knowledge of credit card operations (Issuing, delivery, billing statement, payments, instalment)
Skills:
- Microsoft office
- Good in English (both written & verbal)
- Adaptability skill and ability to work on routine tasks
- Analytical and solution thinking, multitasking
- Presentation skill and effective communication
