Creative Marketing Specialist

Participate in creative brainstorming sessions with other related stakeholders
Design creative experiments, test creative hypotheses and build creative case studies
Collaborate closely with our marketing team to understand campaign goals and messaging, translating them into visual narratives.
Teach and communicate with creative teams and media agencies
Develop and present creative reports, with constructive feedback on how to improve
Stay ahead of TikTok/Instagram trends, challenges, and cultural moments to implement relevant and timely content into the social strategy.
Conceptualize and create engaging and original short- form video content for TikTok/Instagram that aligns with the brand&039;s voice and objectives.
Manage end- to- end video production, including filming, editing, sound design, and visual effects, to deliver polished and high- quality content.
Develop and implement creative hypotheses, build and collect creative best practices, and lead creative strategies
Engage with TikTok/Instagram followers and monitor comments and trends to foster a sense of community and drive meaningful interactions.
Convert marketing research insights into creative concepts and measure performance, to deliver top- notch creatives for TikTok/Instagram activities

Understanding of video editing software and creative tools to produce visually appealing and well- edited content.
Able to develop and implement overarching performance- based creative direction, creative best practices, and creative strategies
Fluency in English
Strong portfolio demonstrating wide experience and involvement in conceptual thinking and creative output, experience, familiarity with Performance advertising, and understanding of campaign objectives & media metrics.
A deep understanding of TikTok/Instagram/Youtube/Twitter&039;s platform, trends, challenges, and unique community culture.
Having an understanding of the Blockchain/ Entertainment/ Games or Music field is an advantage
Having at least 3 years of experience in a similar role
Strong visual and storytelling skills, with an eye for detail and a knack for capturing attention quickly.
Ability to adapt to a fast- paced environment, juggle multiple projects, and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
Ability to prepare creative reports and present them to external stakeholders
Experience in working with creators, creative agencies, and outsourcing talents (influencers, video editors, designers, game developers)
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross- team cooperation and knowledge sharing internally and externally – working with designers, analysts, and campaign managers

Salary review: once per year
Salary up to $1200 (based on your work experience)
