Role objective
Deliver High- Quality Creative Assets
Ensure all outputs meet brand guidelines, campaign strategy, and creative direction.
Produce visually compelling designs across multi- channel IMC campaigns (digital, social, OOH, branding, activation, KOL content…).
Support the Creative & Strategy Process
Work closely with Creative Lead, Content Planner, and Strategic Planner to visualize storytelling, key visuals, and campaign identity.
Translate briefs, insights, and big ideas into visual concepts.
Strengthen Brand Identity for Clients
Develop consistent, recognizable visual systems for each brand across all touchpoints.
Ensure design execution enhances brand equity and user engagement.
Cross- Functional Collaboration
Work efficiently with production teams, photographers, illustrators, and motion designers when needed.
Collaborate with IMC team (content, media, social, KOL team) to ensure designs align with media formats, channel limitations, and consumer journeys.
Maintain Creative Innovation & Trend Awareness
Proactively propose fresh visual approaches and creative improvements.
Stay updated with global design trends, emerging formats (Reels, TikTok, key visuals, motion graphics), and new tools (AI- assisted design, Figma, Adobe suite updates).
Ensure Timely & Accurate Delivery
Manage workload to deliver assets on time, meet campaign timelines, and revise according to feedback.
Maintain high attention to detail and consistency across all outputs.
Support Pitching & Proposal Development
Create mockups, moodboards, creative decks, and visual concepts to support new business pitching and internal proposals.
Uphold Design Quality Control
Review and refine visual assets before handover to clients or media deployment.
Ensure all designs meet technical specifications for print, digital, and multimedia formats.
Key responsibilities
Design Backdrops, Standees, and various other printed products for company events and customers.
Work with the supporting design team, vendors, etc., to check the quality of graphics and aesthetics according to brand guidelines and ensure content is platform- appropriate.
Continuously update industry trends, tools, and new design technologies to improve product quality.
Design and produce image content for social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, TikTok (Static and Dynamic).
Collaborate with relevant teams to develop creative concepts, build scripts, storyboards, and Design Direction for projects and campaigns.
