Course Consultant Officer

Sales & Enrollment
- Follow- up to convert from potential lead source to meet the pipeline & final sales
target
- Arrange diagnostic tests and meeting with customers;
- Consult of prospective students and their families to offer the suitable course based
n customers’ needs, and students’ information
- Receive customer payments and hand over cash balance and documents to the
Accounting Department
Customer relation management
- Timely communicate feedback with internal team and make suggestions to improve
- Handle customer’s inquiries
rganization
- Provide good after sales service to have high parent/ student referral source
Administration
- Organize and assist in PA exhibitions/workshops and other educational events.
- Arrange class for students;
Other tasks assigned by the first- line supervisor.

Education:
● Bachelor degree from accredited university
Language requirement:
● For Korean speaking course consultant:
○ Advance level in Korean (equivalent to TOPIK 5 or above)
○ Fluency in Vietnamese, English (equivalent to Ielts 6.5 or above) is a must.
● For English speaking course consultant:
○ Excellent fluency in Vietnamese and English (equivalent to Ielts 6.5 or above)
is a must.
Work experience:
● For Korean speaking course consultant:
○ At least 1 year experience in sales/customer service or working experience
in the education industry.
● For English speaking course consultant:
○ At least 2 years experience in sales/customer service or 1 year working
experience in the education sales industry.
Skills and attitude:
● Ability to work under high pressure and target.
● High customer service mindset.
● Well team- player
● Strong translation and problem solving skills.

Working schedule:
● 5 days/ week during regular Fall & Spring term (off Mon and Thur or Tue and Fri)
● 6 days/ week during summer & winter camp (day off will be advised later
