Country Manager/Branch Manager (Thailand Market)

Develop short, medium and long- term business plans, strategies and solutions within the assigned functions.
Lead and mentor a team of Sales Executives and Account Managers based in Thailand.
Establish and communicate weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals, along with corresponding plans and progress reports.
Report directly to BOD.
Enhance the client lifecycle for Savvycom’s clients, covering prospecting, pitching, closing, relationship building, and account growth.
Actively participate in resolving client issues and identifying opportunities to expand business with existing clients.
Leverage your network to enhance Savvycom’s brand awareness, reputation, and acquire new clients.
Develop and execute a comprehensive market entry and expansion strategy for Thailand.
Provide support in client negotiations when necessary.
Build and manage strategic partnerships and collaborations to drive sales.
An authorized representative of the Company in the field of business at the local market.

Minimum 5 years’ professional experience.
Fluency in English is essential.
Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation skills.
Bachelor&039;s Degree, preferably in business administration or with a marketing focus.
Strong understanding of Thailand market and culture.
Experience in the IT industry.
Several years’ work experience in highly commercial business leadership role in a high- growth business
