Operations Management
Ensure all departments operate efficiently and comply with company standards, policies, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Oversee the day- to- day operations of Front Office, Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, Kitchen, Engineering, Security, Landscaping, and other operational departments.
Continuously improve operational processes to enhance productivity and service excellence.
Monitor service quality, cleanliness, safety, and overall guest satisfaction.
Financial & Business Performance
Analyze operational and financial reports to identify improvement opportunities.
Develop and execute operational plans to achieve revenue and profitability targets.
Monitor departmental budgets, labor costs, operating expenses, and inventory.
Drive cost control initiatives while maintaining high service standards.
Guest Experience
Monitor guest feedback from online platforms and internal surveys, implementing corrective actions where necessary.
Handle guest complaints and service recovery professionally and effectively.
Ensure exceptional guest satisfaction through proactive service management.
Leadership & People Management
Support recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives.
Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
Build succession plans and develop future leaders within the organization.
Lead, coach, and develop department managers and operational teams.
Reporting
Prepare weekly and monthly operational performance reports for Director of Operation.
Collaborate with corporate departments to implement company initiatives, operational projects, and business strategies.
Perform other duties assigned by the General Manager or Executive Management.

Job Requirements
Strong problem- solving, decision- making, and conflict- resolution skills.
Good command of spoken and written English.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams, develop talent, and build a positive workplace culture.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an Operations Manager, Hotel Manager, or in a similar leadership role within the hospitality industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Bachelor&039;s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of hotel and restaurant operations.
Proven leadership experience managing multiple operational departments.
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with PMS, POS, and hotel management systems is preferred.
