Corporate Strategy Deputy Manager (Fluent In Eng)

Currently, we are looking for Corporate Strategy Deputy Manager to join our team.
Responsibilities:

Find the potential projects.
Training for members in team.
Prepare and participate in various meetings with investors, authorities, etc. (inside and outside office).
Assist Director closely with daily operation, including translating and interpreting with local authorities, landlords, etc. (in the meeting).
Update the legal documents and process of the projects.
Other tasks assigned by Director.
Monitor and follow the overall investment structure of real estate.
Analyze the legal documents and legal process of the projects.
Conduct market research and prepare reports for Vietnam real estate market.
Collaborate with internal departments for legal process, permit checking, planning, etc.
Liaise with authorities in solving project issues.
Support to provide feasibility study and financial module for projects.

At least 3 years of working experience in similar positions.
Have great interest in real estate industry.
Bachelor or Master Degree in Law, Real Estate or relevant major.
Skills of market research, analyst, problem- solving.
Well organized, able to handle pressure.
Fluent in English (must have).
Good at MS Office (Excel, Word, Power Point).
Confident, enthusiastic, polite and detail- oriented.
