The Corporate Finance Manager supports the Head of Corporate Finance in driving all group- level corporate finance initiatives, including the IPO, capital formation (equity, debt, and hybrid structures), investor relations, business development, and other key strategic initiatives under the CFO/CEO Office.
This role plays a central part in delivering VTI’s strategic finance agenda: strengthening the group’s capital structure, enabling business growth, executing the IPO, supporting M&A activities in Vietnam and at the regional/global level.
Capital Structure & Fundraising
Lead Group- level cash flow planning and capital planning processes
Execute capital structure initiatives across the VTI Group (capital raising, bank engagement, covenant management, and capital structure optimization) in alignment with the strategy and objectives set by the Department Head.
Support and execute the IPO transaction workstreams — including IPO readiness, structuring, due diligence, and coordination with underwriters, legal counsel, and both internal and external stakeholders — under the guidance of the Department Head.
VTI Group M&A and Divestiture Strategy
Execute M&A transactions, including lead due diligence, writing the investment memo, presenting recommendations to Department Head and CFO, and supporting transaction structure and closing
Execute the divestiture/exit transactions under guidance of Department Head
Generate M&A opportunities based on the targeted profiles and M&A policy.
Business Development
Execute key strategic project initiatives of VTI, including Vietnam macro investment programs, privatization opportunities, fund formation activities, and real estate development projects.
Investor Relations:
Execute investor relations activities for existing shareholders and the Board, as well as broader market outreach efforts.
Portfolio update and strategic analysis:
Design and conduct the key analysis to support the strategic decision.
Periodically update performance and report and provide insights of existing portfolio.
