Copy Lead

Job description:
You will work closely with Creative Directors, Strategists, Account teams, and clients to deliver bold, culturally relevant, and effective ideas.
This role is not only about writing great copy, it’s about leading creative thinking, guiding teams, and turning strategic insights into impactful campaigns across digital, social, PR, and integrated platforms.
We are looking for a Copy Lead who can lead ideas, shape narratives, and elevate creative standards across campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:

Present and defend creative ideas confidently to internal teams and clients
Ensure tone of voice and messaging align with brand strategy across all touchpoints
Collaborate with Art Directors, Designers, Strategists, and Production teams throughout campaign development
Manage timelines and oversee copy quality across multiple projects
Guide and mentor copywriters to ensure high creative quality and consistency
Lead creative copy development across integrated campaigns (digital, social, PR, film, activation, etc.)
Translate business and strategic objectives into strong creative concepts and storytelling
Drive idea generation and contribute to pitches and new business opportunities

Qualifications:

6–8+ years of copywriting experience in agency environment
Proven experience leading campaigns and mentoring junior/mid- level creatives
Excellent English writing, storytelling, and presentation skills
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Strategic mindset with passion for creativity and storytelling
Strong understanding of digital culture, social trends, and audience behavior
Strong conceptual thinking with integrated campaign experience
Experience in pitching and client- facing communication
