Job Overview
You’ll be responsible for managing a team of freelance writers, reviewing and editing their content, and ensuring all output meets our quality standards. In addition, you’ll directly contribute by writing high- difficulty articles and optimizing content performance for better lead generation.
We are seeking a talented Content Writer & Editor specializing in creating and refining B2B content for English- speaking markets. The successful candidate will play a key role in producing high- quality, engaging content that aligns with SEO strategies and drives conversions in eCommerce and Retail industries.

Responsibilities:
Conversion Optimization: Work with the content and SEO teams to improve content performance, optimizing for lead generation and conversions.
Payment Coordination: Oversee freelance writer payments, ensuring everything is processed smoothly at the end of each month.
Project Management: Collaborate with the SEO team and manage freelance content writers, assigning tasks and ensuring timely project completion.
Training & Support: Help train new freelance writers, ensuring they meet content standards, and support them throughout the onboarding process.
Content Creation: Draft and write high- difficulty articles, creating outlines and tackling more complex pieces of content.
Quality Control: Develop evaluation criteria to assess content quality and manage performance incentives for the freelance writing team.
Content Editing: Review, edit, and refine content submitted by freelancers, ensuring quality standards are met before publication.
Requirements
Proven Experience: At least 1.5 years of experience as a Content Editor or Writer, preferably in B2B markets targeting English- speaking audiences.
Collaboration & Communication: Strong ability to work closely with internal teams to ensure content strategies align with SEO and lead generation goals.
eCommerce Knowledge (Nice- to- have): Preferred experience writing for topics related to platforms like Shopify, Magento, and other eCommerce solutions.
Tool Proficiency (Nice- to- have): Familiarity with Google Docs, Google Sheets, and SEO tools such as Ahrefs.
SEO Knowledge: A solid understanding of SEO principles and how to implement them to optimize content for search rankings and conversion.
Project Management: Experience managing a team of freelance writers, ensuring deadlines are met, and content aligns with quality standards.
English Proficiency: IELTS Writing 7.5 or above, or an equivalent level of fluency in English.
Writing & Editing Skills: Demonstrated ability to produce high- quality, persuasive content and strong editing skills to refine and enhance team submissions.
