Content Marketing Executive

Handle customer inquiries, returns, and feedback on e- commerce platforms professionally and promptly;
Create customer- friendly content beyond basic product descriptions – highlight how features improve customers’ lives;
Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by the team leader/manager.
Prepare props and assist in setting up photo/video shoots, especially for home, kitchen, and lifestyle content;
Collaborate closely with product and media teams to understand key features and transform them into strong visual ideas;
Develop engaging visual briefs for product photos and videos to enhance online store presence;
Assist in collecting and reporting customer insights to enhance content and improve store experience;
Support styling and staging during media shoots to ensure product appeal;

Having 1- 2 years of work experience; experience in an E- commerce platform is a plus
University bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, E- commerce or related field;
​Strong written English skills with an ability to create clear, engaging, benefit- focused content;
Passion for visual storytelling, styling, and product presentation (especially in home & kitchen);
Willing to learn, highly collaborative, and able to work in a fast- paced, creative environment;
Good sense of aesthetics and familiarity with media production process (photo/video);
Strong communication, organization, and time management skills.

Salary: 12.000.000- 17.000.000/month, depending on working capacity and discussion during interview, annually or on excellent performance;
