MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Ensure a strong web presence on various channels.
Assist in promotional events, and participate in training/ info sessions.
Edit, proofread, and improve the content.
Create an editorial calendar, delegate tasks, and ensure that deadlines are met.
Collaborate regularly with sales director, and peers to analyze the territory/market’s potential, and identify advantages and compares organization’s products/services.
Optimize content for SEO to improve search visibility and organic traffic (SEO training provided).
Daily and weekly deliver engaging content.
Design content marketing strategies and set short- term goals.
Generate ideas and organize interesting activities, and mini- games to increase agencies’ engagement.
Undertake content marketing initiatives and produce high- quality written and visual content for website, and social media platforms about overseas study.
Basic design of marketing materials such as posters, banners, newsletters etc.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Excellent writing skills, as evidenced by writing academic coursework, and studying abroad.
Attention to detail and be highly organized.
Good at searching for information.
At least 1 – 3 years of experience in marketing.
Efficient time management and prioritizing skills.
English proficiency. Fluency in written English is critical.
Proficiency in crafting engaging and creative content across various formats.
Undergraduate degree preferably in Marketing, Communications, or Journalism.

POSITION OVERVIEW
Salary up to CAD500 + Annual bonus
Hours range from Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm (at office) and Saturday 8.30 am – 12.00 (work from home)
