Construction Manager - Chỉ Huy Trưởng công trình

INTENTION/ PURPOSE

Manage the team‘s activities by monitoring and leasing with other departments to ensure that products/projects are supplied and applied on time, at the right quantity, quality and at minimal operational cost.
Overall responsible of Construction and Technical Team by developing and implementing the operational procedures, systems to ensure that procedures are in- line with company strategy, company policy and meeting the customer’s expectation.

Responsibilities

Problem solving in the team
Monitoring progress of the project
Checking and controlling sites reports, designs and drawings, quantity, payment
Recruit technical staffs, supervisors, workers.
Motivating the workforce
Maintaining quality control procedures. Control quality at site/shop matching with drawing and specification
Meeting, control subcontractors. Supervising contracted staff
Develop and implement procedures, systems.
Establish and monitor the team’s expense budget.
Maintain the discipline in workforce
Prepare/Review the commencement of construction work (set up the application team, find subcontractors, material planning, project schedule… and organize facilities), ensure that they meet agreed specifications, budgets and timescales and to supervise the site work.
Estimate costs for execution.
Offer and monitor training program in the team to execute projects/products.
Prepare & review technical proposal
Build team work spirit within the team and across departments.
Prepare/Review method statement.
