Consolidation Accountant

Galaxy Entertainment and Education (GEE) is a leading company in Media, entertainment and education platform in Vietnam. GEE is parent company, owning 4 group subsidiaries, including Galaxy Studio, Galaxy Play, Galaxy Education and Galaxy Media.
We are looking for Consolidation Accountant who will work directly with Finance Manager for all accounting and finance’s activities at Galaxy Entertainment and Education.

Accounting (70%)
Review accounting ledger and recommend necessary adjustments, ensure the Company&039;s financial reports must be accurate, and all transactions must be recorded and accounted for.
Ensure compliance with information disclosure regulations for bond issuers.
Train/support subsidiaries in preparing reports under template if any.
Communicate closely with the auditor to understand the Group&039;s issues.
In charge of Group consolidated financial statements.
Other (30%)
Other tasks as assigned.
Support in document preparation for fundraise/meeting/operation.
Keep track and follow up the cashflow.
Work with subsidiary to analyze the actual financial figures/budget if required.

Audit experience/Tax understanding is a plus.
Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Auditing/Finance
Ability to work independently as well as coordinate well.
Positive attitude, willing to learn and have the ability to work flexibly.
At least 3- year experience in accounting/auditing, in which at least 1- year experience in consolidation.
Good in Excel / PowerPoint.
Be an analytical thinker with strong investigative and problem- solving skills.
