RESPONSIBILITIES
Directly leading the purchasing, material planning, and logistics functions that are accountable for:
Maintaining accurate inventory records in SAP
Properly receiving, storing, controlling, moving, consuming, shipping and verifying the factory’s inventories and supplies utilizing SAP inventory and warehouse management systems
Support the mid- range and long- range capacity planning.
Adherence to and compliance with all international transport, customs regulations and regulatory requirements
Preparing shipments to all regions
Developing the detailed production plan in support of the SIOP Process of Purchasing / importing raw materials per the production plan
Manage import of raw materials, machines, spare parts and export of finished goods to all regions
Manages and provides leadership for the functional group’s development, direction, and effectiveness, adhering to organizational policies and processes and supporting overall business and corporate objectives.
Understands and adheres to required procedures.
Participate in the SIOP Process
Support various projects related to the stabilization and capacity expansion programs for the factory.
Support the QC team to ensure the quality of incoming raw materials.
Manage defined supplier agreements including contracts and inventory stocking agreements.
Support internal and external audits as required.
Support the selection, review and approval of new suppliers and contractors as required.
Adhere to all reporting requirements.
REQUIREMENTS

Knowledge and use of relevant PC software applications and skills to use them effectively.
Logical and structured thinker, with talent and experience in scheduling, forecasting and modelling of rate- based processes.
Excellent planning and organizational abilities
Experience of leading a multidisciplinary team and ensuring individuals are developed and adhere to company values.
Education bachelor’s degree or, equivalent of education and experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job may be considered.
Prefer experience working with SAP Skills
Experience- Minimum 10 years’ proven supply chain management experience within the manufacturing industry, including demonstrable achievements within procurement, inventory control and production/capacity planning ideally within the regulated environment.
Practical experience of working collaboratively with supply chain, partners, customers and third parties
