Communication Team Leader (Vita Clinic)

Vita Clinic- a clinic system under California Wellness Group, is currently looking for a Communication Team Leader to join our team.
Creative Direction & Concept Development

Provide clear creative direction for content formats, storytelling angles, and campaign messaging.
Contribute to and lead creative concepts for marketing campaigns, brand communications, and promotional activities.
Ensure content ideas and executions are aligned with the overall brand messaging and communication objectives.

Content Planning & Execution

Ensure consistency in brand voice, tone, and messaging.
Review and refine content to maintain quality and alignment with communication goals.
Lead the planning and production of content across key platforms including social media, website, and marketing campaigns.

Content Team Supervision

Coordinate workflow and ensure timelines are met.
Directly manage and guide the Content team in daily content planning, production, and delivery.
Provide feedback and support to improve content quality and creative thinking.

Cross- team Collaboration

Coordinate with Marketing and other teams to support campaign implementation.
Work closely with the Design and Video teams to translate content ideas into effective visual and video outputs.
Provide clear creative briefs and collaborate throughout the production process to ensure alignment with communication and creative direction.

Campaign Support

Support marketing campaigns through strong content and creative execution.
Contribute ideas for new content formats and storytelling approaches to improve audience engagement.

University Degree strongly preferred, ideally in a relevant degree such as marketing, advertising, communications, business, entrepreneurship or similar.
Good aesthetic sense and strong attention to detail.
Excellent communication, coordination, and reporting skills
Minimum 5 years of experience in content, communication, or creative roles, with at least 1–2 years in a team leadership capacity.
Results- driven mindset with strong execution focus
Experience in relevant industries is a strong advantage.
Strong understanding of the difference between branding content and performance- driven content.
Hands- on experience working with content creators, designers, and video editors.
