Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety standards (ISO standards).
Organize receiving, checking, and storing kitchen stock following FIFO principles.
Participate directly in food preparation, presentation, and ensure product quality.
Monitor food safety, workplace safety, and fire prevention regulations in the assigned area.
Support the Sous Chef in managing and supervising kitchen operations.
