Your roleIs part of a team of 5 team members responsible for leading the partnering agenda for the Commercial team of Vietnam and Cambodia, in both short- term and long- term strategies ensuring performance from Gross to Net Sales and respective investments, to provide insightful highlights on potential opportunities and risk for the business, as well and driving mitigations for gap closure. The position will in charge of rolling forecast, annual budgeting and performance tracking of Vietnam and business partnering with commercial and marketing team.KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES1/ Commercial Finance: • Analyze stock in trade, depletions and competitive information, provide analyses for customer reviews, market benchmarks and presentations, contribute valuable information for strategic business decisions and realistic forecasts. • Support Sales & Marketing to come up with Sales strategies and brand/trade activations to achieve the budget and improve brand awareness in targeted Channels. • Coordinate with Logistic and Sales team on ensuring quality of DRM and S&OP process with reflection of Commercial plan on volume and value. • Assess new product opportunities through P&L simulations and provide actionable insights.2/ Reporting: • Manage and secure the process, availability, and database of commercial related key data (sell- in, depletion, trade inventory, pricing, A&D and A&P) and their relevant deliverables (excel, presentation or Power BI and Polaris submission). • Secure with team internal & regional reporting requirements on time (CODI presentation, Volumes, Net Sales, A&P, Sales meeting)3/ Business Partnering: • Support Sales & Marketing team for Pricing, Trade term management, A&P budget controlling and execution. • Implement ROI pre- and post- evaluation for investments. • Instill the Volumes to Value mindset with P&L by customer widely consulted and adopted by Sales Team in specific region. • Finance business partnering key contact for Regional Sales performance review and MKT by battle ground.4/ Projects: • Coordinate with Project team including Sales and Marketing to deliver relevant project in term of Commercial and Investment.5/ Ad- hoc: • Other ad- hoc tasks related to Commercial Finance scope required by line manager or Top Management.
