Job Description:

Process Optimization: Analyze and refine 3- 5 axis machining processes to enhance efficiency, reduce cycle times, and minimize material waste while maintaining quality.
CNC Programming: Develop, test, and optimize 5- axis CNC programs using CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, Hypermill) and G- code to meet precise engineering specifications.
Documentation: Maintain detailed records of programs, setups, tool paths, and inspection results for traceability and process improvement.
Operation: Operate 3- 5 axis CNC mills to produce intricate parts with tight tolerances, monitoring performance to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Quality Assurance: Inspect machined components using precision measuring tools (e.g., CMM, micrometers, calipers) to verify compliance with technical drawings and GD&T standards.
Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on advancements in 3- 5 axis milling technology and propose innovative solutions to enhance production capabilities.
Machine Setup: Configure 3- 5 axis CNC milling machines, including selecting and installing tools, fixtures, and workpieces, ensuring proper alignment and calibration for complex geometries.
Tooling and Material Selection: Choose appropriate cutting tools, speeds, feeds, and materials (e.g., aluminum, steel) to achieve optimal machining results for complex parts.

Expertise in G- code programming and toolpath optimization for complex geometries
English communication skills.
Minimum of 3- 5 years of hands- on experience in 3- 5 axis CNC milling, including programming, setup, and operation in a precision manufacturing environment.
Proficiency in CAD/CAM software (e.g., Mastercam, Hypermill) for 3- 5 axis programming.
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, Manufacturing Technology, or a related field preferred.
Strong knowledge of GD&T and ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
Familiarity with materials such as metals (aluminum, titanium, steel) and composites.
