Corporate Sales & Business Development
Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and corporate travel patterns
Develop and execute cluster- level corporate sales strategies to achieve revenue goals
Negotiate corporate contracts, rate agreements, and volume- based deals
Identify, target, and acquire new corporate clients across assigned cluster properties
Account Management
Manage and grow a portfolio of key corporate accounts across the cluster
Maintain strong relationships with decision- makers, travel managers, and procurement teams
Conduct regular sales calls, client meetings, presentations, and site inspections
Ensure contract compliance and maximize production from existing accounts
Revenue & Performance Management
Forecast corporate business on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis
Analyze sales performance reports and take corrective action where required
Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets for rooms, revenue, and market share
Work closely with Revenue Management to optimize pricing and availability
Cross- Functional Collaboration
Coordinate with property sales, reservations, front office, and operations teams
Support cluster- wide sales initiatives, promotions, and campaigns
Ensure seamless execution of corporate agreements at property level
Reporting & Administration
Represent the cluster at trade shows, corporate events, and networking functions
Prepare sales reports, pipeline updates, and performance reviews for management
Yêu cầu công việc
Education & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field (preferred)
Prior experience handling cluster or multi- property sales is highly desirable
6–10 years of sales experience, with at least 3–5 years in senior corporate sales
Skills & Competencies
Strong negotiation, presentation, and communication skills
Excellent relationship- building and stakeholder management abilities
Strategic thinking with strong analytical and forecasting skills
Proven track record in corporate account acquisition and retention
Ability to work independently and manage multiple properties/accounts
Other Requirements
Results- driven, self- motivated, and commercially focused
Willingness to travel within the cluster and attend client meetings/events
