Build & Develop Partnerships and Potential Customers
Priority given to candidates with experience in direct sales to hospitals (working with doctors and procurement departments). Candidates who can demonstrate relevant experience are preferred.
• Candidates with experience in indirect sales or sales through agents/distributors will also be considered in this recruitment round.
• Manage relationships with KOLs (Key Opinion Leaders) / Key Accounts (hospitals, clinics, associations); establish KOL lists, approach plans, and pipeline nurturing.
• Coordinate with Sales/Medical Affairs (MA) teams to implement outreach activities, clinical deployments, demos, and collect feedback/real- world evidence.
2. Prepare Medical Content & Collateral
• Compose, verify, and update scientific materials: brochures, leaflets, training slides/brochures, HCP decks, infographics, FAQs, case studies, and whitepapers.
• Ensure accurate source citations; apply internal review processes before publication; manage version control and the document library.
• Ensure compliance with laws and ethical standards in medical device/product advertising; coordinate with RA/QA/Medical Affairs for review.
3. Market Research & Analysis
• Collect data: market size, competitors, treatment trends/professional guidelines, and HCP/hospital/clinic behavior.
• Develop customer personas and customer journeys; propose positioning and messaging for each segment.
• Track campaign effectiveness (reach, engagement, leads, conversion) and propose quarterly optimizations.
4. Organize Medical Events
• Plan and implement CMEs/thematic seminars, webinars, and exhibition booths: objectives, scientific content, speakers, budget, and operational checklists.
• Process legal documentation (official letters, sponsorships, speaker contracts) and post- event audits; report on effectiveness and summary documentation.
5. Internal & Customer Training
• Design training programs on products/clinical applications for Sales/CS/Service teams and HCPs; develop slide decks, videos, and instruction manuals.
• Organize knowledge onboarding for new personnel; measure completion levels and training effectiveness (pre/post- tests, NPS).
6. Cross- departmental Coordination & Project Management
• Work closely with Sales, RA/QA, Medical Affairs, Service, and Supply Chain teams to ensure consistent, scientifically accurate, and timely messaging.
• Monitor project progress according to timelines, control budgets, manage risks, and provide periodic reports.
