Working time:
08:00 – 12:00, 13:30 – 17:30 From Monday to Friday
Working location:
Onsite: Lot 05 – Lot 06 Area A2, Phuong Trang high- rise commercial urban complex, Nguyen Sinh Sac Street, Hoa Minh Ward, Lien Chieu District, Da Nang, Vietnam.
Open to accepting vacancies for remote work from applicants residing in other provinces.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
– Searching, contacting, making contracts, and taking care of foreign customers.
– Any other duties that may be assigned from time to time by leader and/or direct manager
– Promote and build the company’s brand reputation in the hearts of customers.
– Always make sure customers have the best satisfaction with the company.
– Collaborate with other departments in the company to monitor, support, and listen to the feedback from the company’s customers. Quickly communicate and process customer requests through platforms such as Skype, LinkedIn, Email…
REQUIREMENT:
– Professional presentation and email writing skills in English
– Have basic knowledge of office computers, use Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
– Graduated in (or relevant to) Business Administration / Marketing / Information Technology major; ready to work full- time with us.
– English proficiently uses 4 skills: Listening, Speaking, Reading, and Writing. Able to make phone calls to foreign customers. (minimum IELTS 6.0)
– Experience: 1 year in similar position (Sale SaaS Platform or Customer Service…)
– Good health, enthusiasm, and hard work, progressive, dynamic, and diligent.
