RESPONSIBILITIES
Client Communication:
Communicating with clients
Providing fund reports & presentation to clients
Investment Support:
Participating in investment process & counterparty assessment
Facilitating & monitoring investment transactions per Head of Investment instructions
Product Development:
Supporting to develop & review financial products to meet the clients’ objectives.
Supporting to organize and coordinate the Clients’ Product Development life cycle in coordination with EIVN internal stakeholder.
Client Commercials:
Maintaining & attending with Investment team any clients’ commercial discussions
Execution and Client Servicing:
In addition to relationship management with clients, the client portfolio manager is responsible to ensure execution excellence for the delivery of client services. This includes:
Maintenance and update of Legal documents
Client Reporting Governance and Queries
Client Queries on Performance, Guidelines and any other business
Other duties assigned by CIO/ CEO
REQUIREMENTS:
Relevant experience, in client portfolio manager role, either at an asset manager or a top tier bank
Strong business level communication skills both written and verbal including report writing skills.
Excellent presentation skills
CFA and MBA preferred. BA is required.
At ease to interact with external and internal stakeholders, including senior management, consultants, service providers, investment and sales teams, in a multi- cultural environment.
Strong time management and prioritization skills
Strong project management skills and experience
Good knowledge of the asset management industry, insurance industry and the operating business model of an asset manager highly desirable.
Proven track record for delivering results as part of a dynamic team structure.
Deep understanding of financial products and funds management industry
Strong team player but needs to be able to work autonomously on projects and deliverables around and of varying seniority.
Ability to work well independently.
Accuracy and attention to detail including delivering reports and documentation to a very high standard.
Confident in making decisions autonomously and taking initiative.
Be independent and resourceful in other words, a self- starter.
