【Job Summary】We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to play a central role in the planning, design, and supervision of a large- scale industrial park development project in Vietnam.This is an exciting opportunity for an individual with strong expertise in land development, infrastructure design, and construction management to contribute to a project of national importance while working in an international and collaborative environment.The successful candidate will be responsible for the end- to- end engineering process, starting from conceptual planning through to detailed design and on- site construction supervision.Key infrastructure elements include road networks, drainage systems, water supply, power distribution, and telecommunications facilities. This role requires not only technical proficiency but also strong project management skills to ensure quality, safety, and schedule compliance throughout all phases of the project【Job description (details)】‐Plan, design, and supervise land development for industrial park projects.- Conduct basic and detailed design of infrastructure, including roads, drainage, water supply, electricity, and telecommunications.- Oversee quality control and compliance in infrastructure design.- Coordinate and hold meetings with contractors; review construction plans.- Manage negotiations and permitting procedures with local authorities.- Monitor project progress, ensuring adherence to quality, schedule, and safety standards.- Collaborate with Japanese project managers and multinational team members to deliver successful project outcomes.- Other related tasks.

- At least 5 years of experience in design or construction management in land development, roads, water supply, or drainage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- English (Intermediate Level or higher)
- Worked at each company for at least three years.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or equivalent engineering software.
