[CIS] Graphic Design Intern

The Canadian International School (CIS) is looking for potential candidates for the position of
Graphic Design Intern
with the following details:

Follow up the workflow from Senior Leaders to ensure meeting the deadlines
Adhere to highly responsive environment.
Create layouts for digital and print collateral.
Provide quality control on creative pieces.
Assist Infinity team with creating and designing a wide range of marketing materials, including print, digital, and social assets.
Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Share project status updates with team members.
Attend all scheduled meetings/calls both internal and external when necessary.
Maintain a consistent and timely workflow daily.

Education: Bachelors or studying in the fields related to Marketing, Media and Communications.
Abilities/ Skills:

Work well with others.
Excellent organizational skills.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite- InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop as well as Microsoft Office, Google Business Suite and Other Office software to manage and report the workflow.
Clearly and effectively communicate internally and externally in Vietnamese and English.
