Overview: Take responsibility for recruiting focus in Asian Markets

Screening: Review resumes, conduct phone screenings, and assess candidates&039; qualifications, experience, and cultural fit for the organization.
Data Management: Maintain accurate and up- to- date records of all candidate interactions and recruitment activities.
Employer Branding: Promote the company&039;s employer brand and values through various channels, ensuring a positive representation of V- Green in the job market.
Reporting: Prepare and present regular recruitment reports to HR management, highlighting key metrics and insights.
Interviewing: Coordinate and conduct interviews, including initial phone screens and in- person/virtual interviews, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Collaboration: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs, provide guidance on job descriptions, and develop tailored recruitment plans.
Sourcing: Utilize various channels (e.g., job boards, social media, networking, referrals) to source potential candidates and build a strong talent pipeline.
Candidate Engagement: Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback in a timely manner.
Recruitment Strategy: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent for various positions within the organization.
Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the company.

3+ years of recruiting experience in the SEA region. Proven experience in recruiting for management and C- level positions will be considered a strong advantage.
Ability to manage a wide range of relationships with a variety of stakeholders
Ability to communicate effectively in English, both orally and in writing
Bachelor&039;s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Excellent organizational and time management skills
