Organize Seminars/workshops for program development
Reach out to customer leads through cold calling
Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
Present, promote, and sell Academics to existing and prospective customers
Basic Function: Provide Sale responsibility and Academic support to PMDS programs Coordinator in HCMC (12- 15 students/class)
Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments
SALES REPRESENTATIVE- Trách nhiệm Tuyển sinh (12- 15 Master students/ class)
Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within the schedule
SUPPORT FOR PMDS CLASSES (MASTER)- Trách nhiệm Học vụ
Preparing budget and following the aging reports
Following up with faculty advisors on final projects; Assisting participants in completing the requirements to defend and graduate
Keeping records of participants&039; performance (current courses, missed courses, English proficiency, etc.) and maintaining communication with the PMDS office at PMDS concerning the status
Assisting the Program Coordinator in academic- related issues such as scheduling/course evaluation, Monitoring, and documenting courses.
In- class assisting faculty in the delivery of courses in the academic programs including course projects and examinations.
Filling and managing PMDS Library
Processing invoices and statements, checking reports
Others related to office work may be assigned by the AITCV Director and Head of Dept.

EMPLOYMENT INFORMATION:
Intermediate Supervisor: Local Coordinator of the PMDS program in HCM
Department/Section: Academic Program Department
Salary grade: Gross 400USD- 500USD/month + BONUS
Position: Program Officer- based in Ho Chi Minh Office
Program: Masters in Data Science and Artificial intelligence (AI) Applications (PMDS)/ other programs
Working time:

Monday- Friday: 08:00 am- 05:30 pm
Saturday + Sunday: depending on the Master class&039;s schedule (having compensation day off)
QUALIFICATION & EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor&039;s Degree (preferably Master&039;s degree) or equivalent, and several years experience in the areas of training, education, and promotion.
Good command of both English and Vietnamese
Ability to use online training software
Strong interpersonal skills
Experience in administrative, promoting activities works
Knowledge of institutions, industries, and donors in the Vietnamese context
