Stay updated on hospitality and digital marketing trends
Collaborate with KOLs, influencers, and media partners for brand exposure
Support PR activities, events, and brand campaigns
Manage online reputation: reviews on Google, TripAdvisor, OTA channels
Work closely with Sales, Front Office, and F&B teams to align promotions and campaigns
Coordinate photoshoots, video shoots, and content production related to hotel facilities, F&B, and guest experiences
Manage and develop content for social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) focusing on lifestyle, travel, and guest experiences
Monitor campaign performance (engagement, reach, bookings, ROI) and prepare reports
Plan and execute digital campaigns to promote rooms, dining, events, and seasonal offers
Update and optimize website content, landing pages, and OTA platforms (Booking, Agoda, Traveloka…)
Yêu cầu công việc
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Hospitality, or related fields
Good English communication (especially writing)
1–2 years of experience in Digital Marketing, preferably in hospitality or F&B
Good understanding of OTA platforms, social media, and digital tools (Meta Ads, Google Analytics, SEO…)
Creative mindset with strong attention to detail
Good communication and teamwork skills
Strong content creation skills (caption, concept, basic visual sense)
