Job Objective: Responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all activities related to the company’s participation in international F&B exhibitions, with the aim of promoting the brand, acquiring new customers, and expanding export markets
Planning & Preparation
Develop timelines and detailed execution plans.
Research and propose suitable international exhibitions aligned with the company’s business strategy (e.g., Thaifex, FHA, SIAL, Seoul Food, FoodEx Japan, etc.).
Liaise with exhibition organizers for booth registration, documentation, and required procedures.
Prepare overall budgets (booth fee, design & construction, travel, logistics, sampling, etc.).
Coordination of Samples, Production & Logistics
Ensure product display standards comply with requirements of each market.
Monitor sample preparation progress and arrange logistics (international shipping, customs, deadlines for booth installation).
Coordinate with Production/Export teams to prepare product samples, catalogues, POSMs, and giveaways.
Booth Design & Construction
Work with agencies on booth concept creation, 3D design, product display layout, and branding materials.
Ensure brand identity is correctly and consistently represented.
Oversee booth construction progress and installation on- site.
On- site Exhibition Operations
Handle on- site issues and ensure smooth operations.
Collect information from potential clients, buyers, and business partners.
Organize personnel for the exhibition; assign responsibilities to sales/marketing team members.
Manage booth operations, customer engagement, and product introductions.
Post- Exhibition Activities
Consolidate and categorize customer data; transfer leads to the sales team for follow- up.
Track business opportunities generated from the exhibition.
Prepare post- event reports: performance, budget analysis, ROI evaluation, and recommendations.
Yêu cầu công việc
Good communication skills in English; Korean/Japanese/Chinese is a plus.
Willingness to travel abroad for business trips.
Strong planning, coordination, project management, and budgeting skills.
ver 5 years of experience in Event/Marketing/Trade Marketing/Export coordination (experience in F&B international exhibitions is an advantage).
Proactive, detail- oriented, dynamic, and able to solve problems independently.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, International Business, Commerce, or related fields.
