Job Description
Provide consultation and support to business units on OD and culture initiatives
Design and optimize organizational structure, reporting lines, scope of work
Participate in talent development initiatives, succession planning, career paths, and leadership programs
Standardize HR policies, procedures, and reporting systems
Design and operate performance management systems (KPI/OKR)
Develop and update job architecture, job descriptions, competency frameworks, and workforce planning
Requirements
Excellent analytical thinking, systems thinking, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred: knowledge/certifications in SHRM, CIPD, Leadership Development,…
Strong knowledge of organization design, job analysis, competency frameworks, and performance systems
A Bachelor&039;s degree in a relevant discipline, preferably in Human Resource Management or Business Administration.
2–5 years of experience in OD/HR (preferably in fast- growing companies or group models)

Working Hours and Location
Working Hours: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM, Monday to Saturday (off two Saturdays per month)
